Many people have moved away from traditional desktops and laptops and use only smart phones and tablets. Most of these devices do not support OpenVPN but do have the PPTP or L2TP VPN built into the operating system.
For customers who don't use a traditional PC or Mac, the extra features of our regular Personal VPN service aren't needed.
For customers who only need service on a PPTP/L2TP enabled device, we offer a PPTP/L2TP-only service at a reduced price.

Note: PPTP and L2TP VPN protocols run on known ports and are easy to block. Therefore, they are blocked in some countries. If in doubt, please send us an email and we can advise you on the best way to proceed.
