Use these links to change the payment method of your Personal VPN subscription. We will pro-rate your current payment and provide you with a credit, if any, for time that overlaps between your current subscription and the start of the updated one.
In some cases, orders will fail while using one of the methods above even though there is nothing wrong with your credit card. If that occurs, please try a different method as different processors have different criteria for approving orders.
NOTE: Due to many attempted fraudulent credit card transactions, we have had to implement a short delay between your order being placed and sending your login information. We do this in order to verify the transaction. This helps prevent scammers and spammers from signing up under false pretenses and sending data anonymously through our servers. By preventing this activity on our servers it prevents our IP addresses from being blacklisted. This in turn helps assure that when you log into the service the IP address you receive will be clean and not associated with spammers, hackers and other such activity.
Orders are processed between 6:00 AM to Midnight (6:00 and 24:00 hours) US Pacific time (GMT - 8). If you are ordering during the hours that our order processing department is closed, rest assured that your order will be processed first thing in the morning.
If you are using an automated spam protection system that requires verification be sure to add our domain (surfbouncer.com) to your white list. If you do not receive your user credentials within a few hours check your spam box in case it was erroneously put there. If it's not there send us an email and we will resend it.
