We've had many requests for static IP servers. The Personal VPN service with a static IP address provides the same service for securing your data and unblocking web sites as the standard Personal VPN service. However, you will receive a fixed IP address configuration to use. The following two products are now offered to meet the needs of our customers:
1) Static IP VPN Server Plan
provides a static IP address useful for accessing web sites and servers that, for security purposes, require a fixed IP address. However, as with the standard Personal VPN service, it does not allow for incoming connections.

If you are looking for a dedicated VPN server so that you can have a private IP address that nobody else uses and the entire server to yourself click on the link above. Dedicated VPN servers can also be configured to allow for incoming connections, allowing access to services on your local network remotely over the VPN

Using PayPal or Amazon Payments will create a recurring subscription that will automatically renew for the period selected, until canceled. Google Checkout is manually billed to you and must be paid for each term to avoid service interruption. If you want a fixed period with no rebilling but want to use PayPal or Amazon Payments, simply cancel the subscription before the renew date. Canceling the subscription does not reverse the initial payment and your service will continue until the term expires.
In some cases, orders will fail while using one of the methods above even though there is nothing wrong with your credit card. If that occurs, please try a different method as different processors have different criteria for approving orders.
NOTE: Due to many attempted fraudulent credit card transactions, we have had to implement a short delay between your order being placed and sending your login information. We do this in order to verify the transaction. This helps prevent scammers and spammers from signing up under false pretenses and sending data anonymously through our servers. By preventing this activity on our servers it prevents our IP addresses from being blacklisted. This in turn helps assure that when you log into the service the IP address you receive will be clean and not associated with spammers, hackers and other such activity.
Orders are processed between 6:00 AM to Midnight (6:00 and 24:00 hours) US Pacific time (GMT - 8). If you are ordering during the hours that our order processing department is closed, rest assured that your order will be processed first thing in the morning.
If you are using an automated spam protection system that requires verification be sure to add our domain (surfbouncer.com) to your white list. If you do not receive your user credentials within a few hours check your spam box in case it was erroneously put there. If it's not there send us an email and we will resend it.
