If you wish a fixed term subscription, without automatic renewal, just cancel your subscription after ordering. That will not affect your current payment but will prevent automatic re-billing.
 
A note regarding Geo-Location.  Servers will always be built in data centers at the location requested.  However, Geo-Location web sites, which report the IP location, are not reliable as the sites themselves will tell you.  Many times the location reported by Geo-Location sites or web sites that use this information to locate you will not be accurate.  Most times it’s a matter of the exact city not being reported correctly and a suburb of that city listed instead.  However we have experienced  cases where multiple Geo-Location responses give wildly different locations due to the well known inaccuracy of Geo-Location services.

Set up time is typically 3 business days after ordering. This could be shorter or a bit longer depending on the location and server availability. Once ordered, there are no refunds on Dedicated Servers due to the costs associated in building the server.

Due to several instances of attempted fraud on Dedicated IP Private Servers, we may require verification of your account. This may include the use of a non-free (Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc) email address, a verifiable telephone number in your name that we can call, sending a letter to the address on your credit card file, or providing a copy of a photo ID. Normally, this can be completed within 24 hours. However, it could take longer if we have to verify your account by postal mail. Setup times quoted above are in addition to any verification time required.
