SurfBouncer was founded by a group of technology veterans with decades of experience. They have managed and designed large networks for several Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and well known names in the enterprise and service provider industries. Our company and offices are virtual and span several times zones. We don’t have fixed offices and we don’t have a call center. These are expenses and complexities we don’t need in order to provide world class service. We have multiple VPN servers around the world and offer a large selection of products and features. Instead of trying to figure out how to decorate our fancy offices, we prefer to spend the time optimizing the service and thinking of new ideas.

A few people have told us that since we don’t have a call center and a physical address they would not buy from us — that is their choice.  However we’d like to point out that Enron, Madoff, and other big name companies with lots of phones, secretaries and high-profile, well-known executives with big shiny offices were perfectly capable of cheating their customers. Being able to call or stop by and say hello really doesn’t make a company more reliable.

What we promise is to provide the best service possible to our customers. We check emails 18 hours a day because of the time zones that our virtual offices span. We will respond to your questions and problems promptly and you will not wait days for a response. Our privacy policy is short and simple and should assure you that your personal information is secure.

Orders and technical support requests are handled between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM (7:00-22:00) US Pacific time, 365 days a year. If you are ordering or have questions during the hours in which our offices are closed, rest assured that your order or question will be processed first thing in the morning.
